Brand Stats privacy policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
Brand Stats is an internal tool run by Website Architech. It is only connected to YouTube channels and Facebook/Instagram accounts that Website Architech owns or manages, with the owner's permission.
What it reads
- Public details of published videos and posts (title, caption, publish date, length).
- Performance numbers: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, watch time, traffic sources and follower counts.
- Public comments on those videos and posts (commenter's display name, text and date).
It does not read private messages, payment details or anyone's contact information, and platforms don't tell it who followed or liked an account.
How it uses Google and Meta data
Brand Stats uses read-only access: YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API (read-only scopes), and Meta's Graph API with read permissions. It never posts, edits or deletes content.
The numbers are saved once a day to a private storage area that only Website Architech can access, and used only to review how our content performs. They are not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Brand Stats' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and removing data
Daily snapshots are kept for comparing performance over time. A channel or page owner can remove Brand Stats' access at any time: for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and for Meta in Business Settings. Ask us and we'll delete the stored data for that account.
